Facilities
Two Facilities
One Standard of Excellence
We operate advanced manufacturing sites in Sweden and the USA, built around proprietary pouching systems engineered entirely in-house. These next-generation systems enable precise filling, consistent pouch integrity, high-speed output, and the capability to run both dry and moist products. All open-product handling takes place in cleanroom environments with tightly regulated climate control, advanced automation, and continuous monitoring.
With a combined annual capacity of 100 million cans, both facilities are designed for reliability, scalability, and uniform quality. Partners gain a secure production base that supports fast launches, stable supply, and long-term growth across multiple markets.
Sweden
Located in Helsingborg, the 3,000 m² (≈ 32,300 ft²) site is both the birthplace and the blueprint of WiJo Pouches, positioned in the region often called the nicotine valley for its deep industry expertise.
The facility brings R&D and full-scale production together, allowing concepts to move quickly from early trials to refined blends and commercial manufacturing.
The Swedish factory delivers development agility, stable long-term output, and the Swedish know-how that sets the standard across the entire WiJo network.
North America
Set in Lexington in the South Carolina Midlands, the 5,100 m² (≈ 55,000 ft²) facility provides a strategic base for the fast-growing U.S. pouch market, offering shorter lead times, domestic reliability and regulatory navigation.
The site mirrors the Swedish model by combining R&D and full-scale manufacturing, supporting formulation work, pilot runs, and commercial scale-up in one coordinated operation.
Built for scale, the Lexington facility gives partners rapid production, strong supply stability, and a scalable platform for long-term growth across North America.
